Our Pastors

Pastor Gary Hooper is the Senior Pastor and founder of New Covenant Ministries. Gary is an anointed preacher and teacher of the integrity of God’s Word and justification by faith. He shares the Word of God at NCM and through weekly broadcasts to people of all nationalities, bringing them out of religion and into the reality of God’s Word.  His desire is to see the body of Christ walking in the fullness of God’s grace with God’s promises active in their lives.

Pastor Nancy Hooper is a gifted, anointed minister for Jesus Christ. She is co-founder and co-pastor, along with her husband Gary, of New Covenant Ministries. As well as being a strong support to her husband, Nancy ministers the Word of God uncompromisingly and with clarity. Her desire is to see people saved, healed, delivered and walking in the fullness of God’s blessings.

Pastor Paul Wilson is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel with New Covenant Ministries, where he holds the office of Associate Pastor. Paul brings a fresh, vibrant teaching of the Word of God that will help to effectively enable and empower people to raise the standard when it comes to serving in the local church. The anointing on Paul’s life will encourage every member of the body of Christ to rise to their full potential in every area of ministry.

With a mandate to lead today's young people to the Lord Jesus Christ, Pastor Cory O'Connor is currently serving as New Covenant Ministries' Youth Pastor in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Cory's dynamic messages teach and instruct young people in who they are in Christ, emphasizing that they are loved and valued by God.

Pastor Carlo Simmons is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel with New Covenant Ministries, where he is the Praise and Worship Leader. He has been on missions overseas to minister in the Philippines and Ukraine. Carlo is an anointed singer and musician and a gifted teacher of the Word of God.
